Does ESTEEM Diamonds cost anything and how do I sign up?

No, participation is free of charge. As soon as you create an account, you automatically become a member of the loyalty program.

Can I be downgraded from a Diamond level by redeeming points?

No. There is a distinction between active Diamonds and Lifetime Diamonds. Your Diamond level is based on Lifetime Diamonds – the total number of Diamonds you’ve earned since joining the program.

Can my Diamonds expire?

Yes. Your active Diamonds, which are shown in your account, will expire if you’ve been inactive for 12 months. Inactive means you haven’t earned or redeemed any active Diamonds during that time.

How can I earn Diamonds?

The more you spend, the more you save.

What can I redeem Diamonds for?

Redeem points on your next purchase, or save them up for higher value rewards.
